Programme: Rural Development Programme

The aim of the project is to develop non - agricultural business and more precisely technical services in the field of construction. To achieve this, a new multifunctional machine (mini wheel loader) with specially selected equipment will be purchased. The services that will be offered are the following:
- excavation works for foundations of buildings, pits, plumbing, drainage;
- short distance transport of construction materials and waste;
- concrete works;
- loading and unloading works;
- leveling and cleaning;
- back embankments;
- leveling and cleaning of terrains;

The implementation of the project will create a full-time permanent job. The designated worker will undergo advanced training. The purchased equipment will cover the highest environmental requirements to date, which will contribute to the protection of the environment by reducing the emission of harmful emissions during the construction works. With the equipment purchased, the company will have a competitive advantage in terms of speed of execution, quality and predictability.
The implementation of the project activities will introduce innovation at the local level. The practice of providing construction services is an organizational innovation because, thanks to the multifunctional equipment, more than 10 construction activities can be provided with one worker and one machine. This practice has proven itself in a number of good European building examples. According to our research, this organizational innovation has not yet been introduced on the territory of Aytos Municipality.
