The farm does not have enough agricultural land for its development. It is planned to increase the cultivated area. It is planned to expand the farm by renting additional areas with quinces in the amount of 4,500 decares. Agriculture will be developed only in the field of perennials. The start of the implementation of the business plan begins with the modernization of the production process through the commissioning of a meteorological station. In the third economic year, it is planned to increase the areas with quinces to 5,848 decares through a lease agreement for already established plantations. These activities will improve the adaptation of the agricultural holding to market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Agriculture will become competitive. With the new volumes of production, an opportunity will be sought for concluding more advantageous contracts for the purchase of the products in bulk. The farmer will declare the regularly managed areas according to the schemes and measures applicable to the farm related to additional support under direct payments and state aid.
