Farm does have enough farm land for it's development. Additional greenhouse areas with cucumbers will be established during the second business year on the fallow areas. Farm will develop only in the field of vegetable production. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year by completing a course of environmental protection. That will make the farm more suitable to the market conditions. Cost of production will be significantly reduced. Farm will become more competitive. With higher production volumes, the possibility of more profitable contracts for the purchase of wholesale products will be sought. Farmer is planning to employ one person on a permanent employment contract in the second business year. He will declare each year his areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to his holding.
