The agricultural producer Vanya Toteva Stoyanova has been engaged in agriculture since 2017. In the municipality of Nikolaevo the unemployment rate is above the average for the country, due to this fact and the lack of quality jobs, accompanied by the fact that the agricultural producer has completed special secondary education with specialty "Economy of the agricultural economy", agricultural producer Vanya Stoyanova creates her farm. At present, the agricultural producer manages to maintain the farm through external services, but an employee will be employed to grow and maintain the gardens of raspberries and plums. By ensuring long-term employment in its agriculture, the agricultural producer wishes to provide a standard of living for the workers in it, with the optimal use of production factors and in particular the labor force.
Because of the terrain and the regionalization of the landed property and the insufficient water for irrigation of the soil, agricultural producer Stoyanova intends to grow plots of plum plantations.
