VERNADA EOOD is an enterprise with main activity processing of fruits and vegetables and in particular legumes. The activity is carried out on the territory of the village of Gorna Rositsa, municipality Sevlievo, region Gabrovo. At the moment, the products that the company produces are: salad with chickpeas, tahini and a series of healthy food products HUMUS with different flavors. At the moment, the company will start production of new products, namely dry packaged beans, canned glass jar, canned metal bean box, apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
In order to achieve the goal, namely to improve the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in the food processing industry, the company's representative intends to apply with this project for the purchase of innovative equipment for the enterprise under Sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the RDP 2014-2020.
In connection with the introduction of new products, processes and technologies it is necessary to purchase a bottling line set with a capacity of 800-1000 bottles / hour, packaging complex for dry products with a capacity of 10-15 packages / min., Packaging complex for sealing food products in metal cans with a capacity of 800-1200 boxes / hour and an automated production line for the production of direct juices with a capacity of 300 kg./hour raw material. With the purchase of this equipment, the company will have the opportunity to enter new market niches and improve its overall performance and competitiveness, which in turn will open wide market opportunities.

Доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на новото оборудване: В рамките на тази дейност са сключени предварителни договори за доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на заложеното по проекта новото оборудване. Заложените дейности са описани подробно в бюджета на проектното предложение.
Във връзка с внедряването на нови продукти, процеси и технологии се налага закупуването на бутилираща линия комплект с капацитет 800-1000 бут./час, опаковъчен комплекс за сухи продукти с капацитет 10-15 опаковки/мин., опаковъчен комплекс за запечатване на хранителни продукти в метални консервни кутии с капацитет 800-1200 кутии/час и автоматизирана поточна линия за производство на директни сокове с капацитет 300кг./час суровина. Със закупуването на посоченото оборудване, фирмата ще има възможността да навлезе на нови пазарни ниши и да подобри цялостната си дейност и конкурентоспособност, което ще открие от своя страна широки пазарни възможности.
