"MES - KO" Ltd. is one of the leading meat processors in the country. The company processes meat into a variety of meat products.
The investment intention of the client includes the purchase of new, automated, innovative, latest generation machines that will complement the existing equipment.
The investment intention envisages the purchase of machines with a high degree of automation, such as:
- Machine for automatic tying of sausages;
- Automatic double-clip automatic machine;
- Automatic packaging machine;
- Automatic vacuum mixer;
- Automatic sausage slicing machine with integrated weighing scale;
In order to meet the electricity needs of the company, an investment in an autonomous photovoltaic installation with an accumulator unit for own needs with a maximum power of 114 kWp is planned. To ensure the deliveries to the clients of the company, specialized vehicles are also provided for purchase, namely:
- Heavy-duty refrigerated truck for transport of finished products,
- Refrigerated van,
- Refrigerated bus 2 pcs.
As a result of the specialization and automation of the new investment, the technological process will be improved and facilitated, the quality of the finished product will be increased, losses in the processing process will be reduced and consequently labor efficiency will be improved and the cost of finished products will be reduced. . All investments in the project are related to sustainable and digital economic recovery.
By acquiring and implementing the planned investments and project activities in innovative technologies for the company, through digitalization and automation will improve and increase the level of automation of production and organizational processes compared to the present.
With the implementation of the project, the candidate undertakes to maintain the average number of staff for 2020 and to create a new job.
