Through the current investment project for the purchase of refrigeration equipment and the construction of an autonomous photovoltaic plant for own needs, including the following finished product - organic walnuts, an application is made for financial support under Sub-Measure 4.2 "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products" under the Program for the Development of rural areas (PRDP) for the period 2014-2020, supported by the European Agricultural Fund and corresponds to the main objective of the measure - improving the overall activity of enterprises from the processing industry, introducing new technologies, increasing production capacities. The current business plan aims to show the profitability of an undertaken investment in the "Fruits and vegetables, including mushrooms" sector eligible for financial assistance. The product - organic walnut is described in Appendix No. 1 under Article 32 of the EC Treaty. The company strives to be a leader in the production of organic products. The ambition of "BIO SELECTION" EOOD is to produce its own quality products, using high-quality varieties of walnuts and introducing new technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The need for external financing is caused by the lack of sufficient funds for investment costs and for the purpose of using the funds from the European Union and the possibilities for refinancing a bank loan from the Federal Reserve Bank. The investment funds will allow the company to achieve the indicators planned for the next 10 years - an increase in sales revenue and an increase in profitability and profit. The recovery of 50% of the investment will allow the company both to repay part of the loan and to maintain high levels of financial liquidity, with which to organize and maintain its current activity during the time from the start of production to the realization of the quantities for the first production year.
