The current investment project is prepared for application BG06RDNP001-6.003 - Selection procedure BG06RDNP001-6.003 - "Development of services in all sectors and other non-agricultural activities" under sub-measure 6.4.1. "Investments Supporting Non-agricultural Activities" from the RDP 2014-2020, the investment expenditures included being focused on building a day care center for young children "Interactive Center for Education of Children" and adjacent space development, the aim being to it is possible to create a modern and adequate base for optimal operation of the site in PI № 277040, Chifliko, on the territory of the town of Simitli, Smithley, Reg. Blagoevgrad. The main activity of the site will be to care for young children through a variety of activities such as interactive learning for children with special educational needs, providing entertainment, nutrition and other care activities for young children. The investment intention includes the following items
Construction and installation of a home for social care for young children "Interactive center for children's education", enrichment of adjoining space, as well as purchase of the appropriate equipment and furnishing necessary for the optimal running of the main activity of the site. The project will be implemented in PI № 277040, Chifliko, on the territory of the town of Simitli, Smithley, Reg. Blagoevgrad. The building will be constructed by building two identical buildings on two floors, the first being a training room, a kitchen, a toilet and a wet room. On the second floor of each building there will be three rooms for children's entertainment in their free time. the total built-up area of ​​each building is 223.29 m2 or the total built-up area of ​​the building is 446.58 m2. It is also planned to purchase all the necessary equipment needed for optimal care for the children and in part the learning process, nutrition and free time.
