The planned investments in this project are in response to growing economic and environmental risks due to climate change and increased volatility in agricultural prices, the project provides for risk management activities, the implementation of which will help the farmer to overcome these risks. . The implementation of the investment project is to respond to the consequences of the crisis caused by the outbreak of COVID-19. The activities envisaged are in line with Council Regulation (EU) 2020/2094 establishing a European Union Instrument for Reconstruction ("EIB") to support post-crisis recovery with COVID-19 ("EIB Regulation"). The activities under the project proposal envisage the following investments - Investment in agricultural machinery for the needs of the company; Investments in construction of a structure against hail; Construction of a garden of vineyards 22.5 decares; Investments related to the construction of a drip irrigation system and Software of AP class, for the needs of synchronization and data control. With the implementation of the project, Zeleni Balakani EOOD will acquire a new garden, equipped to the highest standards of protection and efficiency, and the farm as a whole will acquire equipment for precise tillage of the soil and plants, which will minimize the damage. on the environment as a result of carrying out activity on the farm, as well as improving the soils of the farm, which will increase the sustainability of the company.
