With the current project the facade plasters will be restored - in the compromised areas. The plaster will be hammered, the cracks will be patched and the whole facades will be painted white. The plaster cornice will be restored in the areas where it was destroyed, a model of the original. The plinth of the building will be made of stone slabs. Upon opening the roof, the wooden structure will be inspected for rotten and unusable elements. Where they are found, they will be replaced with new ones based on existing models. A new wooden cladding / if necessary /, waterproofing, battens, counter battens and new tiles will be implemented. All sheet metal cladding will be replaced with new ones made of plasticized sheet metal with PVC coating in RAL 3009. It is also planned to install new gutters and downpipes of the same sheet metal. Inside the church, the plaster is being repaired, patched and lubricated where it has been compromised.
All wooden elements - the wooden doors, the wooden partition separating the small entrance hall, the wooden ceiling of the exonarthex, the wooden door to the office, etc. are cleaned of the layered paint and treated with the appropriate preservatives and varnishes. The ladder to the emporium will be processed and repaired in the same way. The wooden railing on the balcony will also be cleaned of time-layered paints and preserved. The straight plastered sections of the railing falling into the side aisles will be preserved with the plaster.
The paving of stone slabs will be repaired, the late plasters with cement on the compromised slabs will be removed. The worn wooden floor on the side ships will be dismantled and in its place will be laid a new pavement of stone slabs of gray limestone / new / such as the central ship, and it is desirable before laying the stone slabs in these areas to perform electrical floor heating.
It is necessary to place safety nets on the openings of the bell tower to prevent the entry of birds.

Извършване на ремонт и подобряване на околното пространство на ХРАМ "СВЕТИ АТАНАСИЙ": Ще бъдат извършени следните СМР съгласно одобрения инвестиционнен проект:
-възстановяване на фасадните мазилки
-възстановяване на мазилковият корниз
-цокъл от каменни плочи
-нова дъсчена обшивка /при необродимост/, хидроизолация, летви, контралетви и нови керемиди
-нови улуци и водосточни тръби
-Прозорците ще се подменят с нови – от масивна дървесина със стъклопакет, по образец на оригиналните
-Решетките на прозорците ще се ремонтират, където е необходимо, ще се почистят от ръжда, ще се грундират и боядисат отново
-Във вътрешността на църквата се предвижда ремонт, изкърпване и подмазване на мазилката, там където е компрометирана
-Всички дървени елементи – дървените врати, дървената преграда, обособяваща малко входво антре, дъсчения таван на екзонартекса, дървената врата към служебното помещение и т. н. се почистват от наслоената боя и се обработват с подходящите консервиращи материали и лакове.
-Стълбата към емпорето ще се обработи и ремонтира по същия начин. Дървения парапет на балкона също ще се почисти от наслоените във времето бои и ще се консервира. Правите измазани участъци на парапета, попадащи в страничните кораби ще се запазят с мазилката.
-Настилката от каменни плочи ще се ремонтира, ще се отстранят късните измазвания с цимент при компрометираните плочи. Износеното дюшеме по пода при страничтните кораби ще се демонтира и на негово място ще се положи нова настилка от каменни плочи от сив варовик /нановица/ като тази при централния кораб и др. съгласно проекта.
