The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes intentions to grow 13,500 decares of seed fruit species - apples, which he plans to plant in the spring of 2023. The plantations will be grown conventionally. There is no control agreement concluded with a controlling organization. He owns four properties, for which he has Lease Agreements, vouchers for the registration of the agreements in the Agricultural Association - Gabrovo and sketches. The activity will take place on the territory of the Zdravkovets village, Gabrovo Municipality, Gabrovo Region. The minimum density of the apples will comply with the regulatory requirements. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, I will rent agricultural machinery or use outside mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the properties. The requirements for keeping diaries for fertilization and plant protection measures for the properties will be observed. The candidate organizes and manages his own activities. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the creation and maintenance of permanent plantations - apples, as 13,500 decares of apples will be created in the period from 15.03.2023 to 14.04.2023, and 8,000 decares of plums will be hired/leased in 2024. Within 9 months after signing the Administrative Contract, a lawnmower worth at least BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2024, the applicant will have completed a course on the protection of environmental components in the agricultural sector, as well as will acquire professional skills and competencies. After the establishment of the orchards, it will begin to regularly keep a diary of the fertilizers applied and the plant protection preparations used.
