"ROSA" AD has two bottling lines:
- For bottling in a 1 liter bottle. The line includes the production /inflating/ of the bottle, filling with refined sunflower oil, capping, labeling, marking and forming a group package of 6 or 12 bottles in a heat-shrinkable film /stack/.
- For bottling in a 5 or 10 liter bottle. The line includes the production /inflating/ of the bottle, filling with refined sunflower oil, capping, labeling, marking.
The object of the investment is:
1. For the line for 5 or 10 liter bottles - automatic formation of group packaging - 2 bottles in a carton. It is a machine that unfolds and forms the necessary carton; a robotic arm that picks up the bottles and places them in the carton; carton sealing machine along with necessary transport facilities. Currently, this is done manually by three people and is slow and very labour intensive.
2. Robot for arranging the finished group packages /stacks and cartons/ on pallets. It is able to serve both bottling lines at the same time. Transport equipment delivers the finished stacks and cartons, a robot picks them up and places them on a pallet according to a pre-set arrangement scheme, being able to simultaneously arrange the two different types of cuts on two different pallets. It has stores for empty pallets and a conveyor for removing the finished pallets. Currently, three people are needed on each line for this activity and for the subsequent packing of the pallets with stretch film.

Модернизиране на наличните опаковъчни мощности на Роса АД чрез закупуване и монтиране на автоматизирано оборудване.: Проектът предвижда закупуване на две напълно автоматизирани опаковъчни линии, които значително ще ускорят процеса на опаковане на бутилирано слънчогледово масло и ще намалят броя на необходимите хора. Целта е създаването на напълно автоматизирано опаковъчно отделение последващо съществуващите бутилиращи мощности, които ще им позволи да работят на пълен капацитет. Избраните за инвестиция производствени линии позволяват не само премахване на ръчен труд, но и директна свръзка със съществуващите бутилиращи мощности, което допълнително ще увеличи капацитета за производство на бутилирано слънчогледово масло.
