The current project proposal aims at the development of an entirely plant-growing farm, which grows 21,000 decares of potatoes using conventional technology. The applicant's farm is located on the land of the town of Koprivshtitsa, municipality of Koprivshtitsa, region Sofia. During the implementation of the business plan the applicant plans to increase the area of arable land with new 6,000 decares of potatoes, bring the farm in line with European Union Standards for phytosanitary requirements and improve mechanization in the farm by providing the necessary machinery and equipment - acquisition of fixed assets. By the selected deadline for checking the implementation of the business plan and the deadline for submitting an application for a second payment, the applicant will acquire the necessary knowledge on major environmental issues in agriculture by receiving a consulting package TA 2 under Sub-measure 2.1.2 of Measure 2 of the RDP 2014 - 2020
