The current project proposal provides for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in a municipal building - the town hall of the village of Pchelari, namely:
- Reconstruction, repair, equipment and/or furnishing of municipal buildings, in which public services are provided, with the aim of improving their energy efficiency" - Town hall of Pchelari village - SMR activities on thermal insulation, replacement of windows, HVAC - highly efficient heat pump unit for heating and cooling.
- Reconstruction, repair, equipment and/or furnishing of municipal buildings, in which public services are provided, in order to improve their energy efficiency" - Town hall of Pchelari village - Construction of an autonomous photovoltaic installation with a battery block.
More than 40% of the estimated costs of the project proposal represent an investment in installations for the production of energy from RES.
