Stefka Ancheva Angelova is a natural person, registered as a farmer under Ordinance No. 3 for the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers in the OD "Agriculture", Ruse. Its initial registration is from 2018. The agricultural activity, which is the main source of income of the farmer, is aimed at raising bee families for the purpose of extracting honey and bee products. It intends to increase the number of bee colonies and will reach 110 bee colonies in the first marketing year, when it plans to apply for a second payment. An increase in the economic size of the farm by at least EUR 2,000, measured in standard production volume, will be achieved. In order to save time and money, and to comply with the requirements for food quality, and to modernize the overall activity, beekeeping equipment will be purchased, namely a press for wax bases. It will maintain its holding in accordance with the applicable European Union standards relating to the supported activities.
