"ROKA - AGROMILK" Ltd. raises cows in a livestock farm located in the village of Dobrinovo, Karnobat municipality. The subject of the project are repair works on barn №3 and №4, extension to barn №4 and construction of a new building with a milking parlor to barn №3 and barn №4. It is planned to build a lagoon for liquid manure and purchase equipment. The equipment consists of an automated milking system, including a milking parlor, a herd management system, transponders and a selection door, modernization of existing stables with new technologies and technological equipment for the farm, a new lagoon for manure storage. This project implements in the farm automations and systems for: milking, herd management, electronic climate control, machinery and equipment for environmental protection.
Free-box breeding of cows with individual boxes is envisaged. In addition to the repair of stables №3 and №4, a new building for raising dairy cows and a milking center with an automated milking system will be built. Two manure paths with a scraper system for cleaning manure, single and double boxes with synthetic flooring and swinging brushes for cleaning the cows will be built in the animal breeding room.
It is envisaged that in the existing stables for raising cows the floors of the individual boxes will be covered with a special synthetic flooring.
The optimization of the microclimate in the livestock farm and its control will be done with an electronic climate management system. The animals will be fed in the stables, with the possibility of distributing the food from a feed trailer on the existing feeding paths. The manure from the kept animals will be stored for the normatively approved period in a new fertilizer lagoon. From the lagoon to the fields the manure will be transported and sprayed with a liquid manure tank. A homogenizer mixer is provided for homogenization of the fertilizer.
