The applicant is processing a leased property with a lease agreement from 20.05.2019. registered at the Registry Office, Razlog, with entry no. 1956 / 20.05.2019, act. No. 108, Volume I, Case No. 1092/2019. The property has levels with an area of 5.332 decares constituting a property with number 011-005 in the land of the village of Cherna Sites with EKATE 81850 located in the area "Cherna Sres" along with the 4 greenhouses located in the property respectively: greenhouse No. 01 with area of 0.361 decares, greenhouse No. 02 with an area of 0.426 acres, greenhouse No. 03 with an area of 0.389 decares1 greenhouse No. 04 with an area of 0.374 decares. This year in two of the greenhouses №1 and №2 are grown cucumbers greenhouse total 0.787 acres and in greenhouses №3 and №4 are grown tomatoes greenhouse on an area of 0.763 acres, and the rest of the property is set aside. The development of Mehmed's farm will aim at market orientation, increasing the applicant's competitiveness, reducing the costs of using external services. To achieve the objectives, the following actions will be carried out by the farmer:
Completion of a course involving training on major environmental issues in the agricultural sector;
Completed 150 hours agricultural training course
Improve the mechanization of the farm,
Improving the quantity and quality of production;
Increasing the economic size of the holding by at least EUR 2,000 measured in Standard Production Volume. ;
The rules of good agricultural practice will be complied with in order to protect nitrate pollution from agricultural sources of the declared plots;
The stubble will not be burned; With the activities described above, the Beneficiary will make the necessary efforts as a farmer and participant in the Rural Development Program for the proper and correct implementation of this business plan, together with the application for support.
