The project proposal envisages investments in two directions: 1) construction of 2 units. warehouses - warehouse for storage of own agricultural products and warehouse for storage of agricultural machinery and attachments and 2) investments related to the introduction of new innovative technologies in the production and modernization of physical capital - purchase of attachments - 2 pcs. drills and 2 pcs. cultivators.
The subject of the present project of Zara agria EOOD is construction of the first 2 stages in LPR I 508 sq. 1 according to the plan of the village of Trunkovo, municipality of Radnevo, as follows:
1. Warehouse for storage of agricultural products with area of 1042.44 sq.m.
2. Warehouse for storage of agricultural machinery and attached inventory with area of 787.20 sq.m.
The first stage of construction is aimed at building WAREHOUSE 2 - with dimensions of 64.15 m. at 16.25 m, which is intended for storage of agricultural products. Products without flammable substances and materials will be stored here.
The second construction stage covers - WAREHOUSE 1 with dimensions 48.00 m. at 16.40m. for storage of equipment and attached equipment.
The warehouses will be built in an economic way - a monolithic metal structure. The roof structure is also metal, single-pitch, covered with PC-coated sheet metal. The roof is provided with a slope of 8.3%.
Zara Agria EOOD also applies for the purchase of new attachments for carrying out agro-technical operations on the farm - 2 seeders and 2 cultivators, as follows:
1. Horsch Avatar 6 SD direct sowing drill
2. Trench seed drill Vaderstad Tempo TPF 8
3. Cultivator Vaderstad model Top Down TD 300
4. Disc cultivator Vaderstad model Carrier CR625 XL
