The agricultural area currently cultivated on the farm is 3,073 hectares. It is not foreseen to increase it. The future development of the farm is entirely focused on fruits and vegetables production. The main vegetable crop to be grown are potatoes. Cabbage will be planted as a second crop on some of the areas in Stamboliyski town, Plovdiv district. Perennial crops of cherries are also present in the farm. They are located in Stamboliyski town as well. Areas of fallow land in village of Ravnogor , Bratsigovo municipality will also be planted with potatoes. The implementation of the business plan will start in the first business year by increasing the areas with potatoes and cabbage in Stamboliyski town. The farmer is planning to buy a motor cultivator that will increase the level of mechanization in the farm and will reduce production costs. She will open one permanent workplace in the second business year. The farmer will declare each year his areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to his holding.
