The farmer carries out his agricultural activity on three own properties located in the village of Prestoy, Tryavna municipality, Gabrovo district and on one own property located in the land of Tryavna, Tryavna municipality, Tryavna district. Gabrovo. Both lands are included in the list of mountain disadvantaged areas. During the current marketing year, the farm grows 7,599 decares of plums and 4,603 decares of natural meadows. Plum orchards are in the initial period of fruiting. The economic size of the farm is 4048.56 euros SPO. The activities that the applicant plans to carry out in the next years of the project are related to increasing the economic size of the farm, measured in the SPO. The mandatory target of increasing the SPO by at least 2,000 euros will be met. In the autumn of 2023, 4,603 decares of plums will be created on the current areas with natural meadows. From 2023 until the end of the project, 12,202 decares of plums will be grown on the farm. The applicant will have fulfilled a specific result from Table 1, to create at least 2,000 decares of new perennials. In 2023 he will buy a bush cutter, which he will use for the activities on the farm. By the end of 2023, the farmer will start keeping a regular diary of chemical treatments and fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances and will perform a risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Safety and Health Act. The implementation of the business plan will begin within nine months after the signing of the Contract for approval under sub-measure 6.3 with the purchase of a bush cutter. To implement the specific result 12 "Contribution to sustainable and digital economic recovery", the farmer will purchase a meteorological station.
