The current project proposal provides for the establishment of an agricultural holding of the agricultural producer Anelia Atanasova - young farmer from Sliven. The farm is being developed in the sector "Beekeeping". At present, the farm holds 240 beehives in the apiary. The initial registration of the apiary was at 20.04.2018 with 50 beehives. In addition from 22.05.2018 the beehive was increased to 240 Bee families. As a farmer, the applicant was registered for the first time on 04.06.2018. For the apiary, a certificate for registration № 2274 / 20.04.2018 was issued. The apiary was registered in the register of the Food Safety Agency in Sliven with registration No. BG8870044. The object number is 3677990172.
The project plans to diversify the activities of the farm by starting the cultivation of the 6 decares peach tree plantations. As a final result, two independent activities will occur - beekeeping and the cultivation of organic peaches are envisaged on the farm. In this way, the farm will maintain its current activity and will upgrade with the cultivation of 6 decares of organic peach tree plantation. This is expected to meet the growing demand for organic products and ensure independent cash flows in terms of farm earnings. All the targets will be achieved by July 01, 2021 at the latest, as the centrifuge will only be purchased, and the peaches can be leased or ultimately created.
