This project is part of the implementation of the long-term investment strategy of the candidate SD "MIVA-Dimitrov Sie" for modernization of its farm and achieving sustainable economic competitiveness. The company intends to move from the so-called "second" to the so-called "third" phase of mushroom production, applied according to The Netherland`s model. For this purpose, a complete technological project design of the production process has been prepared.
In addition, the aim is to implement automated technologies in the packaging and storage of the mushroom products and integration of modern renewable energy technology to increase the sustainability, resilience and preparedness of the farm in view of the challenges of environmental and digital transition. The project envisages the purchase of the following equipment: Automatic labeling and packaging machine, Belt conveyor for automatic feeding, Water cooling unit, Automatic irrigation system, Gas truck, Photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 100 kWp and a refrigerated minibus.
