The applicant's farm is located on the land of the village of Samuilovo, Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennials are grown: stone fruits - plums with an area of 4 decares and greenhouse vegetables - tomatoes with an area of 0.34 decares and cucumbers with area of 0.62 decares and set-aside land with an area of 2,621 decares. The total amount of the managed properties is 9,143 decares, and the used agricultural areas are 7,581 decares. The used agricultural properties are managed with a lease agreement. All the necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantations. There are no employees in the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire such for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the farm at the time of application is 7979.01 euros standard production volume (SPO).
