The project proposal of ET "TAMARA STOYANOVA STOEVA" is for the construction of a modernized technical center in the town of Apriltsi, in order to improve the quality of the Digital Television service and the introduction of a new service - Interactive Television. Currently, the company operates under the NACE Code - 2008 - 62.09 "Other activities in the field of information technology". With the implementation of this project, the company will implement a new service for its customers in the town of Apriltsi - Interactive Television.
The investments include the construction of a modernized technical center in the town of Apriltsi. As a result of the investment, the company will increase the number of its customers. The investment in the project will introduce a new type of service for subscribers - television based on technology - IPTV (Internet Protocol TeleVision). This type of television delivery system is among the latest and most modern technologies in the industry, and it is extremely attractive to consumers.
The project will be implemented on the territory of two municipalities - Troyan and Apriltsi.
It is planned to build a modernized technical center in Apriltsi, Apriltsi municipality. As a result of the investment, the Apriltsi municipality will provide Digital TV with improved quality and Interactive TV as a service.
After realization of the investment, a mobile version will be offered as a service - Interactive TV on the territory of Troyan municipality.
The project proposal envisages measures - directly aimed at protecting the environment - provision of a container for the storage of technical waste and removal of the waste through the municipality of Apriltsi to a specialized enterprise for their processing.
The project proposal will support the implementation of the strategy for VOMR by creating a model, the mechanisms of which ensure connectivity between activities under other measures financed by the development strategy of LAG.

7. Управляем мрежов маршрутизатор-2 бр.
8. Мултиплексираща модулна станция за Цифрова ТВ-1 бр.;
9. Оптичен предавател -1бр.;
10. Лаптоп за управление и наблюдение на ценралното оборудване -1бр.;
11. Контейнер за електронна скрап-1бр.
за изграждане на модернизиран технически център в гр. Априлци, с цел повишаване качеството на предлаганата услуга Цифрова Телевизия и внедряване на нова услуга - Интерактивна Телевизия“. Предвижда се в резултат на закупеното оборудване да се предоставя като услуга мобилна Интерактивна телевизия в населени места от територията на община Троян.
