The present project aims at the construction, equipment and commissioning of the production of frozen sliced cucumber cucumbers in the village of Skrut Municipality of Petrich, in compliance with the European quality requirements for production.
Within the framework of the common European market and in view of the full membership of Bulgaria in the European Union for "GAZ TRADING 2002" EOOD, it is essential to achieve a high quality end product at low production costs, allowing the achievement of high competitiveness on the market.
To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the company intends to apply with the current project under Sub-measure 4.2 "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020.
The long-term goals of "GAZ TRADING 2002" Ltd. are defined after conducting extensive analyzes on the market in Bulgaria and after discussing the development opportunities in different directions of the company. In addition, the long-term objectives are defined in terms of their realism and in line with the realities in Bulgaria, both in the food industry and on the basis of the current state of the product market in this industry. In view of the above, the applicant for this investment project defines two main long-term objectives of the company in the following two directions:
- validation of the market of products from vegetable processing;
- production of quality products, traditional for the Bulgarian consumer, rich in traditional recipes.
Through the implementation of the project will ensure high labor productivity and production of quality finished products frozen cut cubes of cubes, meeting the requirements of the EU.

ИЗГРАЖДАНЕ И ОБОРУДВАНЕ НА ЦЕХ ЗА ПРОИЗВОДСТВО НА ЗАМРАЗЕНИ КРАСТАВИЦИ НА КУБЧЕТА : Основната дейност на настоящия проект е внедряване на нов продукт, процес и технология за замразени зеленчуци.
С изпълнението на този проект кандидатът ще изгради нова технологична линия за замразени зеленчуци. Ще модернизира стопанството си чрез закупуване на нова модерна технологична линия за преработка на краставици. С въвеждането в експлоатация на новите мощности дружеството ще увеличи обема на преработената продукция, като по този начин ще намали себестойността на единица продукт. Новите производствени мощности са енергийно ефективни. Всичко това ще доведе до по-голяма конкурентоспособност на пазара и подобряване на цялостната дейност на предприятието.
Основните цели и задачи на проекта включват:
• Изграждане и пускане в експлоатация на модерна инсталация за производство на замразена нарязана на кубчета краставица, съответстваща на европейските изисквания за качество на продукцията;
• Организаране на конкурентно производство и минимизиране на производствените разходи;
• Подобряване опазването на околната среда и подобряване условията на труд чрез използване на модерно производствено оборудване;
• Увеличаване на приходите на база на повишаване на производителността;
• Повишаване цялостната конкурентноспособност на предприятието;
• Подобрение на управленската дейност и процеса на работа;
