The candidate Eric Eran Nevzatov is a natural person registered as a farmer. It develops agricultural activity on the territory of the town of Slivo Pole, Municipality of Slivo Pole, Ruse Region, and it is entirely focused on the cultivation of cereals, vegetable crops and perennial crops. The farmer farms a total of 32,940 decares on 3 properties, which he uses with rental contracts. This economic year, the structure of his farm is as follows: barley - 7,200 decares, walnuts 5,734 and 20,006 decares of melons / with the intention of planting/. The initial economic size of the agricultural holding is EUR 11763.84 SPO. External services, as well as equipment and equipment from relatives and friends, will be used mainly for carrying out the agrotechnical measures on the farm. All crops are grown conventionally. The candidate has a good base and suitable conditions for the development of the current activity. In order to adapt the agricultural economy and increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness, we will switch to growing vegetables entirely, and the areas with shellfish will continue to be farmed. In order to reach the growth of the farm and improve the efficiency, it will start growing cucumbers outdoors and increase the area occupied by melons. In order to make rational decisions when growing vegetables, a weather sensor will be purchased. Thus, the requirement to make at least one investment in DMA will be fulfilled and at the same time, innovative equipment for the farm will be introduced. The candidate will acquire professional skills and competencies and participate in a course in the field of agriculture. He will also complete a course on the main problems of protecting environmental components in the agricultural sector or participate in an information activity about these problems.
