The project proposal refers to the construction of an autonomous photovoltaic electrical system for the production of electricity for own consumption (FEC + local storage facilities (LSS)) in a company for the production of dairy products owned by Mlechni Produkti Trakia EOOD.
The project is aimed at improving the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise by improving the energy efficiency in the production of the following products: white Kashkaval, Cheese, Curd, yogurt, fresh pasteurized milk and lactic acid beverages for drinking. The products produced in the enterprise are obtained from the processing of 100% raw milk, without plant-based additives. For the production of the product, fresh milk is supplied from external suppliers, after which the raw material is tested, cooled and enters the production cycle.
For the storage of the finished product, there is a refrigerated base. The construction of an Autonomous Power Plant will create suitable conditions for increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise in the process of production and storage of the product in compliance with all the requirements of the European and national legislation in the field of hygiene during production.

Повишаване на ефективността при потреблението на енергия в предприятие за производство на млечни продукти: Ще бъде изградена автономна Автономна фотоволтаична централа за собствени нужди с мощност 219,12 KWp., представляваща етап 2 от изграждането на Автономна фотоволтаична централа за собствени нужди с мощност 499,66 KWp. в обект: гр. Хасково, Северна индустриална зона. Етап 1 от Автономната ФЕЦ е с мощност 280.54 KWp. и е обект на инвестиция по друг проект на Млечни Продукти Тракия ЕООД и е в процес на изграждане.
Етап 2 от системата, Автономната ФЕЦ е с мощност 219,12 KWp., ще се състои най-общо от следните съоръжения:
PV Модули - 415 W – 528 бр.
Инвертори -25.0 kW – 9 бр.
Батерия - 8 kWh - 18 бр.
Покривна конструкция
Оборудване и ел. част - Табла, Кабели DC и др.
Предвидената за изграждане Автономна ФЕЦ ще отговоря на последните тенденции при проектирането и изграждане на системи за производство на електроенергия и интегрирането им в производствата на хранително-вкусовата промишленост.
С реализирането на тази дейност ще бъдат постигнати следните цели:
- повишаване на ефективността при потреблението на енергия в предприятието
- намаляване на себестойността на произвежданата продукция
- ефективното използване на ресурсите
