Within the common European market and given the full membership of Bulgaria in the European Union for AGRO ATTRACT - KATYA DILOVA ET is essential to achieve high quality agricultural product at low production costs allowing to achieve high competitiveness in the market. AGRO ATTRACT - KATYA DILOVA is an agricultural producer who raises small cattle and turkeys. The activity of the agricultural producer is the breeding of sheep with dairy and local direction, and the purpose of the PA is to expand the farm and meat processing of sheep and turkey meat. At the moment the farm has 400 sheep and 2650 turkeys, according to the questionnaire - 142 sheep. The processing enterprise of the farm is located on the land of the village of Svoboda, municipality. Shooter. To achieve the goal, namely to improve the overall performance, economic efficiency and competitiveness of food processing enterprises, the company's representative intends to apply with this project for the purchase of innovative facilities and equipment for both meat processing and marketing of the products, including for construction of a roof network photovoltaic installation under Sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the RDP 2014-2020. The project proposal aims to improve the company's activities, modernize material facilities, optimize work processes, increase competitiveness by achieving low cost, achieving significant environmental impact through investments related to increasing energy efficiency within the company, reducing harmful emissions from the use of technologies for the production of heat and the production of energy from renewable energy sources.

Изграждане на ВЕИ
: Дружеството се е насочило към изграждане на ВЕИ, тъй като е наясно, че използването на слънчевата енергия за собствено потребление спомага за опазването на околната среда. Производството на 1 кВ от слънчевата енергия спестява 850 кг въглероден двуокис за една година. Основната цел на стопанството е да псотигне подобрената
технология и по-ниски разходи, защото предствлявашия дружеството цели намаляване разходите за произвежданата продукция, както и опазване компонентите на околната среда. За осигуряване на ел. захранването се налага изграждането на фотоволтаична инсталация с 250 kWp фотоволтаична мощност. За преобразуване на слънчевата енергия в електрическа се използват фотоволтаични клетки свързани във фотоволтаичен модул. Процесът е напълно екологичен – не се отделят никакви вредни емисии и шум. Преобразуването на слънчевата енергия в електрическа се осъществява във фотоволтаични клетки.

Закупуване, доставка и монтаж на машини, съоръжения и софтуер
: В рамките на тази дейност ще бъде проведена предварителна процедура за избор на изпълнител и ще бъде сключен предварителен договор за доставка и монтаж на заложените по проекта съоръжения и софтуери, като същите ще бъдат доставена, монтирана, изпитана и пусната в експлоатация. Заложените дейности са описани подробно в бюджета на проектното предложение
Дейността ще се реализира чрез доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация машини, съоръжения, оборудване и софтуер.
