The farmer carries out his agricultural activity in eight properties, located entirely in the village of Batoshevo, Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo district. The land is included in the list of mountain disadvantaged areas. During the current marketing year, the farm grows plums - 7,800 decares, natural meadows - 2,101 decares, apples - 2,400 decares sown and with the intention of planting 1,300 decares. Only 3,500 decares with plums are fruitful. The farm includes two own properties, and six properties, which are managed with a notarized lease agreement. The economic size of the farm is 6919.64 euros SPO. The activities that the applicant plans to carry out in the next years of the project are related to increasing the economic size of the farm, measured in the SPO. The mandatory target of increasing the SPO by at least 2,000 euros will be met. In the autumn of 2023, 3,000 decares of apples will be created on previously purchased areas. From 2023 until the end of the project, the farm will grow 7,800 decares of plums, 6,700 decares of apples and 2,101 decares of natural meadows. The applicant will have fulfilled a specific result from Table 1, to create at least 2,000 decares of new perennials. In 2023 he will buy a mower, which he will use for the activities on the farm. By the end of 2023, the farmer will start keeping a regular diary of chemical treatments and fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances and will perform a risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Safety and Health Act. The implementation of the business plan will begin within nine months after the signing of the Contract for approval under sub-measure 6.3 with the purchase of the mower.
