Module building an object with a capacity of 4000 liters of milk a day. The site will be located in the PI 177 from the 51 sq. M. With an area of ​​2460 sq. M. The following products will be produced: siren in packing plastic boxes 8 kg, cheese in a pack of 1 kg. and Yoghurt in 0.4 kg pots. We will work on a non-stop basis for a 7-day work week, and for the purposes of the project, the capacity will be calculated at 52 weeks per year. From the 4000 liters of milk you will be processed every day 3000 liters of milk for cheese in a box of plastic boxes of 8 kg. The remaining 1000 liters of milk will be processed as follows: 2 days per 1000 l for cabbage and 5 days for 1000 liters for yoghurt. Four specialized vehicles are foreseen for purchase. Both will be used to transport raw milk from the members' farms to the dairy, for which purpose they will be fitted with tanks for a few. The other two vehicles will be transformed into a refrigerator to transport the company's finished goods to wholesale and wholesale exchanges. The applicant is a producer organization that starts a new activity, namely processing its own raw materials. This will add value to the milk and increase the revenue of the members of the organization. The planned plant complies with all current requirements of European and national legislation on milk processing and dairy production. The company's preliminary analysis proves its effectiveness, improved working conditions and improvement of the overall activity of the organization.
