Description

The applicant's farm is located on the land of Maglizh and Yulievo villages, Maglizh municipality, Stara Zagora district, where vegetables are grown - open-grown tomatoes. The total area under cultivation is 15,699 decares. All used agricultural properties have a legal basis for a lease and lease contract, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Kazanlak. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The farmer does not have his own agricultural machinery and uses external mechanized services for agricultural activities. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the farm grows open-air tomatoes on an area of ​​9.6 acres and 6,099 acres of set-aside. All necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantation. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 7922.16 standard production volume (SPO).
