The applicant's farm is located on the land of the village of Dalboki, Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora district, where vegetables are grown - open-source pepper on an area of 11.3 decares and set-aside land on an area of 10.94 decares. An agricultural holding does not fall into a mountainous disadvantaged area, nor in an area other than mountainous or Natura 2000. The used agricultural property is managed on a legal basis - a lease agreement, long-term. All necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantation. There are no employees in the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire such for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the farm at the time of application is 7932.64 euros standard production volume (SPO).
