The current project initiative is aimed at increasing the competitiveness and modernization of the farm of Georgi Vanyov Georgiev. The agricultural producer has been registered since 2012 under Ordinance № 3 of 1999 for the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers by starting its development with the cultivation of garden vegetables, and since 2016 is oriented towards the cultivation of fruit crops - 20 decares cherry and 4 decares of apple perennials. The investment under the project is entirely focused on the sensitive sector "Fruits", as the activity of the owner is entirely in this sector. The project proposal includes the following investment costs: 1) Tractor brand LS, model MT3.40 CAB with cab; 2) Mill with deflecting section brand Deljanin, model ROT700; 3) Disc harrow brand AGRILIA, model BZ-20.
The value of the investment costs amounts to BGN 60,600.00 without VAT, VAT in the amount of BGN 12,120.00 or the total value of the assets including VAT BGN 72,720.00. The declared investment costs are extremely necessary, basic and determine the future. development of the applicant, as without the provision of automated tillage processes it is impossible to carry out any successful agricultural activity. The agricultural machinery requested for purchase is extremely important for the farmer, as through it he will be able not only to modernize his activity, but also to increase his competitiveness. When choosing agricultural machinery, the farmer was guided by the principles of efficiency and effectiveness of costs, as well as according to the size of the farm and the necessary processing. It is extremely important for the farmer to maintain good soil health of the orchards he grows, as this is a strategy that will pay off in the future.

Изготвяне на план програма за подаване и управление на проектно предложение: Дейността предвижда да се стартира с процедура по набавяне на документи, подготовка и подаване на проектно предложение по настоящата процедура. Предвижда се при одобрение от страна на УО и след сключен договор да се стартира със закупуването и въвеждане в експлоатация на активите, заявени по проекта и подаване на заявка по отчитане. Размерът на интензитета на финансовата помощ е до 50 % от инвестиционните разходи, което определя процедура по избор на изпълнител да не попада в обхвата на ПМС 160/2016г..

Закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на земеделска техника и прикачен инвентар: Дейността предвижда да бъдат закупени заявените в проектното предложение активи- трактор, фреза с откланяща секция и дискова брана. Предвижда се след одобрение от ДФЗ да бъде направено уведомление към избраният изпълнител и да се стартира процедура за закупуване на техниката. След извършване на плащане към доставчика се очаква той да достави заявените активи и да бъдат въведени в експлоатация.
