The permanent plantings are located on properties that the applicant owns with a sublease agreement, notarized and registered in the Registration Agency - Kazanlak. It does not own its own equipment and, if necessary, uses external mechanized services for soil treatments. At the farm, there are no persons employed for the implementation of the activity at the moment, and there are no plans to hire such persons for the period of the implementation of the business plan.
