The farmer carries out his agricultural activity on the land of the village of Shumata from Sevlievo municipality, district Gabrovo. During the current marketing year, the farm grows organic plums - 5.9 decares and apples - 6.3 decares. Of these areas, only 3.2 decares of plums are not fruitful. The economic size of the farm is 7866.99 euros SPO. The used agricultural areas are managed under non-irrigated conditions. There are no irrigation systems or water sources. 5 own properties are managed. The activities that the applicant plans to carry out in the next years of the project are related to increasing the economic size of the farm, measured in the SPO. The mandatory target of increasing the SPO by at least 2,000 euros will be met. In the autumn of 2023, land will be leased and 3,000 decares of apples will be created. From 2023 until the end of the project, the farm will grow 9.2 decares of apples and 5.9 decares of plums. The applicant will have fulfilled a specific result from Table 1, to create at least 2,000 decares of new perennials. In 2023 he will buy a motoblock, which he will use for the activities on the farm. By the end of 2023, the farmer will start keeping a regular diary of chemical treatments and fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances and will perform a risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Safety and Health Act. The implementation of the business plan will begin within nine months after the signing of the Contract for approval under sub-measure 6.3 with the purchase of the motoblock.
