The project proposal envisages the purchase of folk costumes and sound equipment for the holding of a folk festival "Gushanski Sobor on Spasovden".In 2010, the leadership of the People's Community Center "Razvitie-1928" organized a folklore festival,"Gushanski Sobor on Spasovden",where on an open stage in the park of the village,independent groups and individual performers from the whole region presented traditional song, speech and dance folklore.In a few years, the assembly gained great popularity: it became the host of the reviews of the National Assembly of CIOFF Bulgaria, an official partner of UNESCO;takes on a competitive nature with a competent jury of specialists; adds a side program such as a culinary exhibition of traditional foods,an authentic costume contest, etc.By tradition,all the self-made folklore ensembles of the "Razvitie-1928" PN in the village of Zamfirovo take part in the celebration.Ensemble for source folklore "Gushantsi" is one of them and is the winner of many national and international awards.At a high artistic level,the collective recreates customs in which traditional authentic people and songs are always present, verbal folklore preserved over the years by the local population.The strong impact of the ensemble's performances is contributed by the authentic costumes in which the participants are dressed,costumes characteristic of this region of the Northern Ethnographic Region. With over 100 years of history, Gushan brass music is a part of every celebration in the village and in 2014 it was listed in the "Living Human Treasures" of the Ministry of Culture. In 2023, the Gushan Youth Wind Music was formed. Since 2022, a folklore children's group "Babinite" has been operating at the community center, which performs authentic songs and choruses and recreates children's games from the past, with which it won a gold medal at the VI National Folklore Festival "I want to play, I want to sing, I want to dance" village of Banya.
