At the time of application, Minko Ivanov Stoynov raised 96 bee families on his farm, located in the territory of the village of Byal Izvor, Opan Municipality, Stara Zagora District and an orchard - apples on an area of 2,943 acres. For the management of the property in which the apiary is located, the applicant has a notary deed from 2014. The bee families bred are of the Bulgarian honey bee breed, the breeding technology is with beehives of the Dalat Blat type and multi-hulls. The breeding site is entered in the register of breeding sites of the Regional Directorate for Food Safety - Stara Zagora with veterinary registration number 6073-0077, meets the veterinary requirements, the certificate for registration of apiary was issued on the basis of Art. 137, para. 6 of the Law on Veterinary Medicine.
