The project proposal relates to the modernization of an existing armature manufacturing plant.
It provides for the purchase of an automated combined machine, which carries out all the necessary operations from the processing of the raw material to the production of the finished product. The capacity of the cold drawn and hot-rolled steel crane processing machine subject to this project proposal is 7 tonnes per day for the production of a standard type of armored billets. According to the technological project, the machine can produce up to 1785 tonnes of ready-made production in one year. 10 new jobs will be created to service production.
The plant has machines for bending, bending and straightening the fittings with which it has been carried out. The machines carry out consecutive operations and are part of a general technological process for the production of reinforcement products. This type of activity will continue to be carried out in parallel with the production of reinforcing billets by the Automated Cold Drawn and Hot Rolled Steel Cylinder Processing Machine, subject of this project proposal. These machines will be serviced by the staff currently working in the company.

Дейността включва доставка и монтаж на технологично оборудване, което ще се използва за да се модернизира технологията на съществуващо предприятие за производство на арматурни заготовки, както и общи разходи, свързани с консултантски услуги: След сключване на договора за отпускане на безвъзмездна финансова помощ, ще започне консултантската дейност по управление и отчитане на проекта. Избраната фирма - изпълнител за дейността по проекта, ще достави и монтира автоматизираната машина за обработка на студено изтеглени и горещо валцувана стомана на кангали. Ще бъдат извършени 72 часови проби, където е приложимо, в случай на въвеждане на такова изискване по националното законодателство.
