This will allow the company to perform activities for the construction of formwork, excavation, and screed, both on its own sites and as a subcontractor to contractors. At this stage, the company has no ambitions to carry out large projects on its own and in the coming years will be limited to these activities. In one of the activities for which the candidate already has inventory/skeleton / and his experience in repairing roofs, a profitable portfolio of activities will be provided, which will increase revenues and require the creation of new jobs in the municipality of Chirpan. The business strategy of the company is not to deal with complete activities, but to offer separate competitive services with high quality and low cost. Complete construction of concrete foundations for which I have no material security - concrete trucks, bucket pumps, reinforcement machines, and own transport, which would require hiring equipment and will increase the cost of the service as a whole and will make the construction of formwork uncompetitive. A small number of quality and cheap services will be offered on the market, the cost of which will be low due to the material security and the specialization in their performance. A machine for dry and semi-dry screeds will allow a large amount of work to be performed with little human labor, which is a major component in the cost of activity phases.
