Description

This project envisages the purchase of innovative technological equipment for processing of nuts and construction of an autonomous photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 275.9 kwp for own needs on the roof of the enterprise in PI with identifier 44063.6209.3145, according to KKKR of Lozen, m. " SAHTYANITSA "Pancharevo municipality, Sofia district.
Innovative electronically controlled breaking devices for breaking walnuts achieve maximum convergence and even superiority in quality compared to manual breaking. The goal is to preserve the integrity of the nut as much as possible.
To manage the entire production line, specialized software with graphic visualization is used with the possibility of remote control, autonomous operation and the possibility of expansion with additional machines.
The current project explores the possibility of optimizing the technological process of breaking walnuts, and with the construction of an autonomous power plant 275.9 kwp for own needs, will reduce production costs and achieve a competitive price of the products offered by the applicant.
