The project proposal of the Company is in compliance with an approved rural development program 2014 - 2020. and the conditions for application under procedure No BG06RDNP001-8.001 under sub-measure 8.6 "Investments in technologies for forestry and processing, mobilization and trade in forest products" of measure 8 "Investments in the development of forest areas and improvement of the viability of forests" by the Development Program of the rural areas 2014-2020. The company has an existing workshop for the production of pellets, but in view of the increased demand and consumption of bread, the managers decide to increase the capacity of the produced produce. The project activities are only buying and installing the machines and putting them into operation. The manager assigns to a licensed designer - technologist to develop a technology for the production of pellets. After the development of the technology, the machines with the technical parameters necessary for the production of pellets were obtained. The implementation will take place on the territory of the town of Momchilgrad. The project activities are only buying and installing the machines and putting them into operation. Pellet production activities subject to this project include a technological line containing the following machines and equipment: Drum Crusher - serves for initial crushing of the raw material. The final product is chips. Hammer crusher for wet material - serves for secondary shredding of the chips after the drum crusher. The final product is sawdust with a size of 12x2x3mm. Heat generator. Fuel tank for the heat generator. Bucket for raw material for pellets. Drum dryer. Hammer crusher for dry material, Dry barker for dry sawdust. Pellet press, Cooler - serves to cool the pellets. Packaging robot.
