1. The investments in this project proposal are the following: Purchase of a 46 hp tractor. The total value of the investment is BGN 40,600.00 without VAT and BGN 48,720.00 with VAT, respectively. As the applicant is not registered for VAT, the amount of the investment for which he applies is the price with VAT or BGN 48,720.00. The expected financial assistance amounts to 70% of the value of the investment / BGN 34,104.00 /, as the applicant's farm is located entirely in mountainous land.
2. The equipment, subject of the planned investment, is in accordance with the activity of the holding. With the implementation of the project the applicant is expected to:
- is equipped with the physical capital necessary for its holding, as the available fixed assets are insufficient;
- reduce the costs of external services - the farm currently uses external mechanized services, which leads to high costs and often problems with the untimely implementation of the necessary agro-technical measures;
- improve working conditions - the purchase of the tractor will reduce manual labor, as a large part of the operations for growing perennials will be mechanized;
- increase the efficiency of the farm - the use of the tractor will reduce the time needed to carry out the necessary agro-technical measures for growing perennials, will reduce losses of plant protection products and will increase yields.
