The project proposal of the Municipality of Dolna Mitropolia includes activities for the construction of park space in the village of Bregare - in front of the "Nativity of St. John the Baptist" chapel and the metoch of the "Saints Silverless Cosmas and Damian" Monastery of Chernogorsk. Through the implementation of the project idea, the improvement of the physical environment and public infrastructure in the settlement where the activities will be carried out will be ensured. The specific needs and goals of the project are the construction of areas for wide public use and the sidewalk space adjacent to them, intended for the permanent satisfaction of public needs of municipal importance in the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia. The project provides for the delivery and installation of benches and waste bins, the construction of park-alleys and the allocation of parking spaces. The green areas are planned to be cleaned and replanted plants.
Conditions for rest and relaxation of the residents will be provided, as well as the opportunity to develop contacts and meetings between people resting on the benches.
Through the construction of the park area, the living conditions of the population will be improved and the quality of life of the local people will be increased, the natural features and traditions of environmental protection will be preserved.
The activity included in the project proposal corresponds to the eligible activities according to the application conditions, namely:
- Construction, reconstruction and/or rehabilitation of new and existing streets and sidewalks, and their facilities and accessories;
- Construction and/or renovation of areas for wide public use, intended for permanent satisfaction of public needs of municipal importance.

„Изграждане и/или обновяване на площи за широко обществено ползване, предназначени за трайно задоволяване на обществените потребности от общинско значение“.: В проекта са предвидени дейности по изграждане на площ за широко обществено ползване - парково пространство, включващо в себе си основно дейности по изграждане на парко-алей, обособяване на паркоместа, засаждане на дървестна растителност подходяща за територията, доставка и монтаж на пейки с облегалки и кошчета за отпадъци. За зелените площи се предвижда почистване и обновяване на растителноста, чрез засаждане на липи, кестени, каталпа и фотиния. Предвижда се изграждане на тротоар към прилежащата площ за широко обществено ползване.
