Stoichko Naydenov Pelnezov is a registered farmer under Ordinance 3/1999. At the time of submission of the project proposal, he is 71 years old, has a family, with permanent address - Chernogorovo village, 23 Fifty-seventh street, Pazardzhik district, region Pazardzhik. His farm is located on the territory of the village of Chernogorovo, municipality Pazardzhik, region Pazardzhik.
Stoichko Naydenov Pelnezov currently owns land with ownership documents of 34,901 acres in the land of the village of Chernogorovo, municipality Pazardzhik, region Pazardzhik. Of which 19,456 acres (with property numbers 024030, 024043, 024038, 009008 and 029022) was granted for temporary use with a lease for the business year 2018/2019 to Stoichko Naydenov Pelnezov. The rest of the land with an area of 15,445 acres (with property numbers 81089.31.289, 81089.36.193, 81089.36.194 and 81089.24.36) Stoichko Naydenov Pelnesov cultivates it as it cultivates 14,300 acres of spinach and 1,145 acres of fallow land during the economic year 2018/2019 .
For restructuring of the farm, the applicant will take the following actions:
• During the business year 2019/2020, the applicant will plant and grow 14,300 acres with spinach and undergo a training course including at least 18 lessons on major environmental issues in agriculture done by a training institution under the Higher Education Act, or Vocational Education and Training Act or by a training organization approved under measure 1 "Transfer of knowledge and awareness actions" by RDP 2014-2020.
• During the economic year 2020/2021, the applicant will plant and grow 18,300 acres with spinach and improve the mechanization of his farm by purchasing a sprayer that is needed for the needs of the farm for spraying with plant protection products the areas sown with spinach.
• During the next business years of the business plan, the applicant will continue to plant and grow 18,300 acres with spinach.
