Powder painting is the most suitable method for painting and protecting metal products. The method has proven advantages over wet dyeing. The advantages are from a functional and aesthetic point of view. The project proposal of "ALESIA-90-STOYANOVI S-IE" SD is aimed at purchasing the necessary equipment for "Powder Painting Workshop" in Radomir, Radomir. The investment proposal provides for the purchase of equipment for powder painting of metal products - Powder paint cabin, conveyor (railroad), chamber electrostatic powder painting, high lift, Electrostatic powder painting device, vacuum cleaner. The main activities in the workshop will be in compliance with the standards and criteria for the provision of the respective products and will be aimed at supporting and expanding the capacity of the population in the region to raise the standard of living. The goal is to meet the needs of every customer by executing a fast, precise and high quality order.
In order to achieve these goals and to ensure the following:
• Implementation of high-tech equipment to fulfill orders in the most precise way possible.
• Active communication with customers, organizing an administration providing high results in the sales and advertising of the company
• highly qualified staff
During the implementation of the project activities, ALESIA-90-STOYANOVI S-IE SD will create 10 new jobs needed for the activity of the powder painting workshop of metal products according to which they declare Priority 6.1 For each newly created work place , as a result of the realization of the investment, the candidate will receive 3 points, but not more than 30.

Закупуване, доставка и монтаж на оборудване: Праховото боядисване е най-подходящият метод за боядисване и защита на метални изделия. Методът е с доказани предимства пред мокрото боядисване. Предимствата са от функционална и естетическа гледна точка. От функционална страна се гарантира надеждна анти-корозионна защита на металните повърхнини при различни условия на експлоатация, гарантира се добър слой на покритие при детайли със сложна конфигурация, позволява равномерност при покритие на големи серии детайли. Праховото боядисване е и много по-устойчиво на удар и надраскване. Самият процес прахово боядисване протича в 3 основни стъпки: Предварителна подготовка, Боядисване и Изпичане. Основните дейности в цеха ще бъдат съобразени с изпълнение на стандартите и критериите за предоставяне на съответните продукти и ще бъдат насочени към подпомагане и разширяване възможностите на населението в района за повишаване стандарта на живот. Целта е задоволяване на потребности на всеки клиент, чрез изпълнението на бърза, прецизна и висококачествена поръчка. "АЛЕСИЯ-90-СТОЯНОВИ С-ИЕ" СД предвижда да закупи ново технологично оборудване, предназначено за обект "Цех за прахово боядисване на метални изделия" в гр. Радомир, общ. Радомир.
