This project proposal envisages investments in existing facility for processing of honey and apiculture products of a producer organization BULGARIAN ORGANIC FOODS LTD:
- Line for liquefaction and filtration of honey in a stream using HTST (High Temperature, Short Time) technology, which allows to remove contaminants and destroy the crystal nuclei in honey, which provides a longer period of liquid phase of the product in final packaging and preservation of its properties for a longer period of time.
- Line for labeling and marking of cylindrical packaging, with the possibility of placing a side label and a top security label on the cap, and marking of batch number and expiration date on the label.
- Semi-automatic machine for packing packages in heat-shrinkable foil, which will allow fast and cheap organization of in group packaging of the production.
- Thermal transfer printer for printing labels for group packaging.
- Forklift, which will improve the organization of work in the warehouse of the organization and will optimize and secure the loading and unloading activities in the facility.
- Barrel screw pump for honey, which will allow fast and safe transfer of raw materials from one container to another, before processing, packaging, etc.
- Installation of photovoltaic power for the production of electricity for own production from renewable sources, with the possibility of accumulating power in rechargeable batteries.
