Miroslav Ivanov Terziev's agriculture is growing in the plant-growing area - the "Essential Oils" and "Fruits and Vegetables" sectors. The person manages 19,891 acres, of which 10,787 acres are occupied by an oil-bearing rose, 6,600 acres are tomatoes - open production, and 2,504 acres are other areas. The legal basis for use is property. The applicant plans to continue developing in the same areas.
The farm is located on the land of Cherganovo village, Kazanlak municipality. It does not fall within a mountainous area and is outside the nitrate vulnerable zones. The land of the village of Cherganovo does not fall within the scope of protected areas, but falls within a protected area - "Tundzha River 1" - PA under the Habitats Directive. It consists of several plots, which are characterized by flat terrain. No signs of soil erosion are observed. Certified seedlings for oil roses were used. The rows in the permanent plantation are maintained in black fallow. No water sources are found near the farm. The water needed for watering the crops is supplied by a tank.
In carrying out the activity the applicant uses plant protection products. He is registered with the BFSA and keeps logs for plant protection. The farm uses regular agricultural hand tools, the person is familiar with the requirements for their proper storage. There are no agricultural buildings on the farm.
