Kaloyan Stanimirov Kolev was registered for the first time as a farmer in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/1999 on 12.03.2021. He has a certificate of completed vocational training issued by the Central Technical University. The applicant's current agricultural activity includes intentions to establish and grow 18.1 acres of plums, which he plans to plant in the spring of 2023. The plantations will be conventionally grown. It owns a total of six properties. Of these, two are owned and four are on long-term leases. The activity will be carried out on the territory of the lands of the village of Vranilovtsi and the town of Gabrovo, Gabrovo Municipality, Gabrovo Region. The minimum density of plums will comply with the regulatory requirements. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, I will rent agricultural machinery or use outside mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the properties. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the creation and maintenance of perennial plantations - plums, as 18.1 decares of plums will be created in the period from 15.03.2023 to 14.04.2023, and 8,000 decare of plums for the growth, will be created in the period 01-30.11.2024. Within 9 months after the signing of the Administrative Contract, a brush cutter worth at least BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2024, the candidate will have completed a course on protection of environmental components in the agricultural sector. After the establishment of the orchards, it will begin to regularly keep a diary of the fertilizers applied and the plant protection preparations used. The economic size of the farm is expected to increase by more than 4,000 euros.
