The project envisages the replacement of the old and depreciated feed storage bins in front of each animal hall with new ones, in order to create conditions for protection and increase of safety during storage from wild birds, rodents and other pests. The replacement of the existing feed storage bins will be aimed at better biosecurity in the quality of the feed. An installation of a granule press for disinfection and sanitation of the finished feed with a steam generator will be purchased. With the realization of the investment intention, the requirements of Regulation 889/2008 and of the European Commission for pig breeding and of Ordinance 44 of MAF and Ordinance 26 of 05.08.2006 of MAF for determining the minimum requirements for welfare and protection will be met when raising pigs.
The planned activities correspond to the maximum extent to the needs of the company and will help to achieve the respective goals related to the modernization of the agricultural holding and the production processes in it.
