The current project proposal is for the construction of a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 30 kWp for the production of electricity necessary for the production process of pork and beef processing. The products that are laid out in the business plan according to the technological plan require a significant amount of electricity, the increased prices of electricity in recent years make the production significantly more expensive and it becomes increasingly difficult to realize it on the market. An installed power of 30 kWp is sufficient for the production of pork meat products. The determined power is based on the existing machines, equipment and refrigeration installations, which are the main consumer of electricity.
